Agreement to these terms

Product Twenty is operated by MicroMacro Technology. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • interfere with the site's operation or attempt to bypass its security;
  • use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the site;
  • introduce malicious code or use the site to harm another person or system; or
  • misrepresent your relationship with Product Twenty or MicroMacro Technology.

Plugin software and licenses

WordPress plugins available through this site are software products with their own license terms. Site Defaults and Product Twenty Media Usage are distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. Product Twenty Media Usage Pro is also GPL-licensed software; purchasing a subscription licenses you to receive Pro builds, updates, and support according to the Freemius checkout terms shown at purchase. The license included with a downloaded plugin controls your use, copying, modification, and distribution of that plugin. These Terms of Use do not reduce rights granted by that software license.

Paid subscriptions

Media Usage Pro subscriptions are billed by Freemius. Prices, billing interval, tax, refunds, and cancellation are presented in the Freemius checkout overlay and in Freemius customer communications. You are responsible for keeping license activations within the purchased site allowance, except where staging, development, or local environments are treated as non-production under the product's documented rules.

Downloads and site changes

We may add, change, update, or discontinue website content, downloads, features, or plugin versions at any time. We do not promise that a particular download or version will remain available indefinitely.

Before installing or updating a plugin, you are responsible for confirming compatibility, maintaining current backups, and testing in an environment appropriate for your site. WordPress sites vary, and an update that works in one environment may behave differently in another.

Our content and brand

Except for plugin code or other material provided under a separate license, the site's design, writing, graphics, Product Twenty name, logo, and other original content belong to MicroMacro Technology or its licensors. You may not copy or use that content in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without permission.

Third-party services and links

This site may refer or link to third-party products, services, or websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Separate warranty terms contained in a plugin's license continue to apply to that plugin.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicroMacro Technology and Product Twenty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use this website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and our services evolve. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
